Your roleRole - Managing Opex Procurement for Facilities Locations - Mumbai & PuneGrade -B2/C1 4 to 10 years of Experience in Indirect Procurement categoryExperience of managing Engineering & Maintenance related procurement in similar type of IT/ITES Industry.Experience of managing AMC’s and upgradation projects related to Solar plants, EV Chargers, Chillers, AHU, HVAC, FAS, CCTV, ACS, UPS, Gen sets etc.Hands-on experience in managing Opex procurement for Facilities and Engineering projects.Experience of handling Contact Management, Indirect Procurement / Purchase, Vendor Development and Consolidation, Supply Chain ManagementExperience of handling RFI/RFQ/RFP, Spot Buy for facility management related supplies and services. Well versed with Procurement Process like Purchase Requisition/Shopping cart, Purchase order issuance etc.Ensure Vendor compliances.Stakeholder management. Maintain strategic supplier relationships, manage contractual relationship, to deliver continuous improvement in delivery of goods and services by the supply base. Responsible for day-to-day Opex & Engineering supplies and services procurement & managing AMC of the same.Your profileExcellent written & verbal communicationExcellent negotiation skillsStrong in interpersonal skills and relationship management.Detail-oriented and high on problem-solving skillsStrong Commercial AcumenPreferred experience of working in APAC environment.Capabilities to perform in a high-pressure environment within tight deadlinesWhat you'll love about working here
