Job Description

At Please See//, we believe strategy is what shapes brands from the inside out. Were looking for a mid-level Strategic Planner who can uncover powerful insights, craft compelling narratives, and partner with creatives to bring big, bold ideas to life.

This role is ideal for someone whos curious about how people think, skilled at connecting dots others miss, and thrives on collaboration. Youll work across brand building, advertising, marketing campaigns and digital experiences for a diverse set of clients -ranging from legacy Indian brands to emerging global players.


What Youll Do

  • Develop strategic direction for branding, marketing and communication programs (digital + mainline)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - creative, design, business, to build strategies that drive long-term impact
  • Write insightful, inspiring briefs that turn ideas into strong creative work
  • Partner with creatives to shape 360 ideas across brand worlds, digital campaigns, on-ground activations and more
  • Uncover consumer and cultural insights through qualitative and quantitative research
  • Translate complex data into simple narratives and frameworks
  • Track industry trends and emerging media to inform strategic thinking
  • Contribute to new business and pitch efforts


What we would like to see:

  • 35 years of strategy experience at an agency, brand or consultancy
  • Understand the Indian consumer landscape, and know how to tap into insights that matter
  • Are fluent in digital strategy and the evolving media mix
  • Have strong presentation and storytelling skills, both in writing and in the room
  • Enjoy collaboration, but are also confident taking ownership and driving your own projects
  • Stay curious, analytical, and culturally tuned in
