This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for aStrategic Partnerships & Growth Associate.

The role focuses ondriving CyberDiplomats growth through strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and business development initiativesacross India and international markets.

You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships withacademic institutions, government bodies, industry partners, and global organizations, while supporting the development and execution of growth strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and managing strategic partnerships across academia, government, and industry
• Driving outreach and engagement through structured communication strategies
• Supporting business development efforts including proposals, MoUs, and partnership frameworks
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities
• Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring long-term engagement
• Contributing to sales and growth initiatives aligned with organizational objectives

• Experience instrategic partnerships, business development, or account management
• Stronganalytical skillsto assess markets, trends, and growth opportunities
• Proven ability inrelationship-building and stakeholder engagement
• Excellentcommunication and presentation skills
• Aproactive, ownership-driven mindsetwith a focus on outcomes

• Prior exposure tocybersecurity, technology, or policy-driven environments
• Experience working withacademic institutions, government stakeholders, or global organizations

• Bachelors degree inBusiness, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
