Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or other post graduate degree.
- Experience with direct or scaled sales.
- Experience in the Payments industry or with consumer GTM.
- Excellent collaboration and written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing merchant acquisitions, engagement, and business generation. You will own key success metrics across the designated region, and will provide leadership to teams. You will also be a lead contributor to strategic direction for the business as it evolves into a core business growth function.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver key regional performance metrics, core contributor to the growth of overall merchant.
- Drive a transformational regional strategy and direction by leveraging teams representing GooglePay in the market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Merchant Support, Program Management, Risk and other teams to drive healthy growth of the merchant portfolio.
- Adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
