Key Responsibilities

• Precision Prospecting: Use Apollo and Lusha to identify and generate verified leads for US-based D2C and enterprise brands.
• Video-First Outreach: Pitch potential clients confidently via Zoom/Google Meet. You must be camera-ready and articulate when presenting to international stakeholders.
• Brand Deal Expertise: Structure and negotiate high-value partnerships between brands and creators. You understand CPMs, deliverables, and usage rights.
• Proactive Follow-Up: Own the "chase." Maintain a tight follow-up cadence until a definitive "Yes" or "No" is reached. No lead is left hanging.
• Pipeline Mastery: Move deals swiftly from initial contact to contract signature, ensuring a constant flow of new business.

What You Need

• Tool Stack: Hands-on experience with Apollo.io and Lusha is non-negotiable. You know how to build a list and get the right emails/numbers.
• Creator Economy Knowledge: You understand how Brand Deals work. You know what brands look for when hiring influencers and how to sell that value.
• US Market Experience: Comfortable communicating with US clients (understanding cultural nuances, time zones, and communication styles).
• Communication Style: Excellent verbal English with a neutral or clear accent. You are persuasive, concise, and energetic.
• Self-Driven: You don't wait for instructions. You see a target brand, you find the decision-maker, and you make the connection.
