About Aspire - IITB Research Park Foundation (IITBRPF):

In 2016, the Ministry of Education entrusted IIT Bombay with a pivotal mission: to establish the Research Park within the sprawling campus in Powai, Mumbai. This led to the creation of ASPIRE the IIT Bombay Research Park Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to catalysing innovation and research with real-world impact.

Inspired by globally successful research park models, ASPIRE (Applied Science Park for Innovation Research & Entrepreneurship) emerges as the epicenter, that connects knowledge, expertise, and resources seamlessly, fostering a strong and collaborative industry-academia ecosystem with a global outlook.

Job Description:

Orchestrate the planning, execution, and tracking of high-priority strategic initiatives that advance the organisations engagement mandate. Ensure that flagship events from concept to delivery are aligned with ASPIRE goals, well-resourced, and executed with measurable outcomes. Act as the central integrator across ASPIRE teams driving technical engagement events.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Translate strategic priorities into structured events with clear milestones and KPIs.

Develop and maintain integrated event plans, tracking progress and engagement.

Facilitate cross-functional coordination between IIT-Bombay teams, member organisations, faculty, and external vendors.

Ensure event learnings are captured and fed back into engagement initiatives.

Success Indicators:

Increase in industry-sponsored engagements (projects, consultancy, grants, partnerships).

On-time, on-budget execution of strategic events with documented impact.

Positive stakeholder feedback on program clarity, communication, and execution quality.

Skills and Expertise:

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Target-driven with a focus on outcomes and ROI.

Strong ethical standards, integrity, and adaptability to diverse work environments.
