Role Summary:

We are looking for a high-impact Enterprise Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our daily operations with strategic entry and farming of high-profile enterprise accounts onboarding, managing spreadsheets, analysis, and working cross-functionally across the organisation. The ideal candidate is a lively, detail-oriented, persuasive individual with good communication skills who can work independently and is passionate about contributing to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch, and close enterprise partnerships across logistics, delivery, and mobility use cases.
  • Own the complete partnership lifecycle: lead generation, negotiations, commercials, contracting, and go-live for new partnership proposals
  • Act as the primary POC for enterprise partners and ensure strong relationship management internally and externally.
  • Work closely with internal operations, product teams, demand, supply, and city teams to ensure smooth execution with external partners expectations and structure the fitment of win-win deals
  • Track and analyse partner performance metrics such as utilisation, growth trends, key business models to drive incremental penetration across TG audience.
  • Build, assess and work with live reports and data-analytics teams to drive insights and decision-making that help improve the partnerships ecosystem and GTM for Yulu.
  • Contribute thought leadership towards structuring new business models (eg, fleet reservation, leasing, etc)
  • Work with external stakeholders and Key account SPOCs to streamline process gaps in day-to-day operations
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with team members and external partners.


Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years work experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, programme management, key account management and/or business development.
  • Should be very sound with data, analytics and have a quantitative aptitude
  • Should be well-groomed, have the ability to size up clients and create win-win propositions that create long-term stakeholder value for all.
  • Should be good with critical thinking, creative problem solving, persuasive & consultative selling and have the ability to create inroads across categories as per need of the business.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience and/or willingness to pick up tricks in negotiations and deal structuring towards growing partnerships and alliances.
  • Comfortable working with Data (Excel / Google Sheets; SQL or BI tools is a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in dealing with spreadsheets and dashboards.
  • Good Stakeholder management, relationship-building skills with external and internal partner SPOCs and ability to work across the board with CXOs, founders, peers and diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
