Key Responsibilities:

Support government partnership initiatives for identifying and securing strategic locations for EV battery swapping stations and other infrastructure assets.
Coordinate with government departments, urban bodies, and transport authorities for proposal submission, follow-ups, and approvals.
Manage and track tenders, including preparation, documentation, and timely submissions, tender participation experience will be an added advantage.
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities related to infrastructure acquisition and deployment.
Prepare and circulate daily and weekly progress reports on project and proposal status.
Facilitate project deployment activities and coordination between land-owning agencies and deployment teams.
Maintain accurate documentation for site handover, partnership agreements, and government correspondences.
Conduct regular field visits, on-ground assessments, and feasibility studies across Bangalore and Karnataka.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key government officials and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting structures.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

Degree (preferably in Electrical / Electronics) with 35 years of experience, or Engineering / Management degree with 23 years of experience.
Prior exposure to government liaisoning and tender application processes preferred.
Proficiency in Kannada (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Kannada.
Field-oriented professional, open to extensive travel across Bangalore and Karnataka.
Good computer literacy and proficiency in preparing proposals, letters, and MIS reports.
Proven coordination skills for managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Street-smart and problem-solving abilities with attention to timelines and quality.
Familiarity with infrastructure acquisition or deployment-related activities.
