The Strategic Account Representative will be a core member of the team responsible for delivering business outcomes for this highly visible customer.

Key job responsibilities
Strategy Development: Build and execute strategies to increase AWS adoption in strategic accounts.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long
- term strategic relationships with C
- level executives in both Business and IT sectors of key companies.
Channel Collaboration: Work closely with the AWS Channels team to position AWS as the preferred cloud computing platform across all service lines.
Market Analysis: Identify specific customer market segments and industry verticals to target with compelling value propositions for using the AWS cloud platform.
Business Reporting: Maintain accurate forecasts and various business reports to track progress and performance.
Value Proposition: Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services to drive customer engagement.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a strong technical competency to explain (not implement) cloud computing, infrastructure solutions (server, storage, DC services), and internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc.).
Business Reviews: Prepare and deliver business reviews to the management team.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
- Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large
- scale technology deal
