Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

The Role

As a Strategic Account Executive, you are the architect of high-value partnerships. You aren't just selling a service; you are consulting C-suite leaders on how to build a "Fault-Proof" engineering DNA. You will be responsible for navigating complex organizational hierarchies, identifying deep-seated talent pains, and closing enterprise-wide deals that move the needle on a partners P&L.


Key Responsibilities
  • The Hunt: Independently research, map, and penetrate high-value accounts (GCCs, Large Enterprises, and Tech Unicorns). You will identify the "Economic Buyer" (CTO, VP Eng, Head of Talent) and build a high-conviction business case.
  • Complex Deal Closing: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from discovery and pilot (25 apprentices) to full-scale Managed Talent Center deployments (50+ apprentices).
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a business consultant. You must speak the language of "Cost per Line of Code," "Speed to Productivity," and "Talent Continuity" to align Kalvium with the client's strategic goals.
  • Account Expansion: Manage and grow existing partnerships. You will lead the transition from a "Pilot" to a long-term, multi-year strategic partnership.
  • Market Networking: Develop and leverage a formidable network within the Indian tech ecosystem to position Kalvium as a strategic necessity rather than a hiring option.
  • Forecasting & CRM: Maintain a rigorous, data-backed pipeline with accurate forecasting in the CRM to ensure predictable revenue growth.


Qualifications
  • B2B Sales Expertise: 2-4 years of experience in high-stakes B2B sales. Industry-specific knowledge is not mandatory, but a proven track record of closing complex deals is.
  • Executive Presence: Ability to navigate the boardroom and influence decision-makers through insight, not just "pitches."
  • Resourceful Researcher: You don't wait for leads. You have the "Strategic Hunter" mindset to uncover target pain points through public data, news triggers, and professional networks.
  • Commercial Logic: Strong financial acumen. You can build an ROI model that proves why our model is a Profit Center, not a Cost Center.
  • Outcome-Oriented: A self-starter who thrives in an environment where "Success" is measured by long-term account health and retention, not just a signed contract.
