Job Description: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

DEPARTMENT: Strategy

PRIMARY LOCATION: - Bangalore

JOB SUMMARY:

This role requires understanding of the key brand requirements from consumers lens and providing adequate measures in order to seize possible opportunities for business.

REPORTING: Director -Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands on planning tools like TGI , GWI , Yougov , etc
• Ability to read and interpret category data (competition, media spends, consumption trends, etc.)
• Strong interest in consumer research, profiling, and audience understanding
• Collaborate with internal teams to structure data across formats for analysis
• Keen to build though leader pieces (Ex. Reasearch first projects, trend narratives)
• Analyse campaign performance and derive insights from executed campaigns (digital + offline)
• Brainstorm on ideas / culturals truths / campaign idea during pitches
• Assist in building strategy narratives & presentation decks

Profile requirements :

• 1-2 years of agency experience
• Comfortable with data interpretation & insight generation
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, both internal and client-facing
• Ability to structure thinking into clear presentation narrative
