Role Overview

As a part of our rapid expansion, we are hiring skilled E-Learning Content Developer with strong expertise in Articulate Storyline and Rise and a basic understanding of instructional design principles. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective digital learning content for corporate and institutional learners.

The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience, excellent English proficiency in both verbal and written formats, and a strong sense of ownership and pride in work. The role requires collaboration with subject matter experts and internal teams, while also being comfortable working independently. The ability to interact confidently with clients is an added advantage. Multiple positions are open.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Apply Basic instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand content and learning needs
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across all learning modules
• Meet project timelines without compromising learning effectiveness
• Review, update, and improve existing e-learning content as required
• Confidently interact with clients directly (added advantage)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in e-learning content development
• Strong hands-on expertise in Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Basic understanding of Instructional Design models
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong quality orientation
• Strong work ethic and pride in delivering high-quality learning content
