Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Stores Incharge located in Kolkata. The Stores Incharge will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage inventory, and prevent retail loss. The role also involves maintaining an organized and efficient store environment, assisting with customer service, and implementing strategies to improve operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with the ability to address client needs effectively
• Proficiency in Store Management and inventory control to ensure organized and systematic workflows
• Experience in Retail Loss Prevention to maintain profitability and safeguard assets
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with suppliers and team members effectively
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage store operations efficiently
• Previous experience in retail or store management roles is preferred
• Graduate or equivalent required; additional certifications in retail management or a related field are a plus
