As a Store Keeper in our inventory warehouse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials that support our manufacturing and assembly operations. Your responsibilities include:

Track stock levels and maintain accurate records of inventory using tools like Excel, Tally, and Zoho Inventory.

Perform routine stock counts and inventory audits to maintain data accuracy.

Receive incoming materials, verify delivery notes/invoices, and ensure proper storage.

Label and store items in the correct bins and shelves, maintaining order and safety.

Coordinate with the manufacturing team to issue materials as per daily production needs.

Record material issuance against production work orders or requisitions.

Maintain physical and digital records for receipts, issues, and returns.

Generate daily or weekly inventory status reports for internal review.

:

Keep the store area clean, safe, and well-organized.

Follow standard operating procedures for handling space-grade materials.

Work closely with procurement, manufacturing, and quality control teams to ensure material availability and compliance.

High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.

At least 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory/storekeeping, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace setting.

Familiarity with inventory software such as Excel, Tally, or Zoho Inventory.

Basic understanding of inventory control practices and safety standards.

Good communication and record-keeping skills.

Ability to use barcode scanners and manage digital inventory logs.

Knowledge of handling and storage procedures for sensitive or high-value materials.

Prior experience working with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.

Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
