Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Sales Executive, based in Delhi, India. The executive will be responsible for assisting customers in the store, promoting products, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, upselling products, maintaining store displays, and processing transactions. The role requires effective communication with customers, understanding product details, and providing high-quality service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in customer service, communication, and relationship-building
• Knowledge of sales techniques, upselling, and retail operations
• Basic inventory management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain professional conduct
• Proficient in point-of-sale systems and familiarity with basic technology

• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
