Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Partner, based in Bengaluru. The Store Partner will be responsible for the HSR Store that is already up and running.

The role is a part owner in the space, means full ownership of outcomes and the store. Not restricted to providing excellent customer service, assisting clients in choosing their diamond jewellery, and managing day-to-day retail sales, driving customers to the store and being fully responsible for the success of the store & Bangalore as a market.

Also includes maintaining an organized retail space, ensuring proper inventory management, and training new team members or supporting staff on store processes. Building lasting relationships with customers to enhance their overall shopping experience is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage positively with customers and colleagues
• Customer Service expertise, with a focus on understanding and meeting clients needs
• Proficiency in Retail Sales and upselling techniques to ensure clients find the best-fit products
• Excellent Organization Skills for managing store operations and inventory efficiently
• Experience or capability in Training team members to uphold brand values and service standards
• Passion for sustainable and ethical practices, with an interest in luxury products
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Prior experience in retail or jewellery sales is a plus
• Ability to bring in some capital is preferred
