Renee is seeking a dynamic Store Manager for Pune Airport to oversee daily operations at our store. As the store manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.!

Responsibilities

• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and store operations

Qualifications and Skills

• High school education or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' store management experience
• Customer centric with a positive attitude and String Leadership
