We are looking for an experienced Store Manager for a leading Retail Ethnic Apparel brand based in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall store operations, driving sales, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Drive sales targets and revenue growth
• Manage and motivate the store team
• Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are maintained
• Handle inventory management and stock control
• Deliver excellent customer service and client engagement

Requirements:

• 48 years of experience in retail store management
• Experience with apparel / fashion retail brands preferred
• Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills
