Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our luxury retail brand - Helos Luxe. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with a premium or luxury retail brand and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to engage with High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) customers, and a proven track record of driving sales growth while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with HNI customers.
• Drive store sales and consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure the store maintains premium visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory teams, and ensure proper product availability.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 35 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, preferably in watches, jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Prior experience managing a retail store and leading a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to handle and engage with HNI customers.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
