What Youll Do

Lead the overall brand and client experience within the store

Build strong relationships with HNI and repeat clients

Host VIP appointments and private client consultations

Drive store sales through relationship-led luxury selling

Train and inspire a high-performance client experience team

Ensure premium store ambience, presentation, and service standards

Who Were Looking For

Experience in luxury jewellery, premium retail, fashion, or hospitality

Strong client relationship and leadership skills
