Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Store Manager located on-site in Mumbai. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining inventory, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, leading the team effectively, and meeting sales targets while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Fashion background with experience in Indian wear.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with customers and team members
• Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention practices
