Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in New Delhi. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, focus on providing exceptional customer service, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage the stores team. Key responsibilities include inventory management, achieving sales targets, loss prevention strategies, visual merchandising, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that all store operations run smoothly and efficiently.

1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase store profitability.

2. Ensure exceptional customer service, reflecting the luxury brand's standards.

3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and VIPs

5. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.

6. Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.

7.Foster a positive and motivating work environment

8.Ensure the store's visual presentation meets the brands standards.

9. Oversee stock levels and ensure inventory is managed efficiently.

10.Coordinate with the buying team to ensure the right product mix.

11.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the store.

12.Plan and execute in-store events and promotions in collaboration with the marketing team.

13.Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and store performance.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion.
