Key Responsibilities

Store & Sales Leadership

Drive monthly / quarterly revenue targets
Maximise conversions & average ticket size
Monitor KPIs, walk-ins, and client closures

Client Experience & Styling

Deliver elevated, personalised client journeys
Oversee trials, fittings & final deliveries
Handle high-value / VIP clients with discretion

Team Management

Lead, train, and motivate Fashion Consultants
Maintain discipline, grooming & sales culture
Conduct performance reviews & daily briefings

Operations & Controls

Manage daily store functioning & staff rostering
Ensure VM standards & store presentation
Control inventory, billing accuracy & shrinkage

CRM & Reporting

Track leads, follow-ups & closures
Share MIS / sales reports with management
Identify improvement opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile

4+ years in luxury / couture / premium retail
Strong in sales leadership & client handling
Excellent styling & communication skills
High aesthetic sense & attention to detail
Mature, polished & solution-oriented
