Store Manager – Minizmo (Men’s Apparel Brand)

Position: Store Manager Minizmo (Mens Apparel Brand)

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations at Minizmo, a premium mens apparel brand. The role includes driving sales performance, leading and developing the store team, ensuring superior customer experience, and maintaining brand standards across all store functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Drive sales, achieve monthly targets, and improve store profitability
• Lead, motivate, and train the store team on sales and product knowledge
• Deliver excellent customer service aligned with Minizmo brand values
• Manage inventory, billing accuracy, visual merchandising, and SOP compliance
• Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and performance of store staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in retail store management (mens apparel preferred)
• Strong leadership, sales acumen, and communication skills
• Experience in premium or fashion retail will be an added advantage
• Immediate joiner preferred
