Role Overview


We are seeking a refined and commercially astute Store Manager to oversee our flagship luxury retail space on Vittal Mallya Road, Bangalore.


This is a senior, full-time role suited to a self-directed professional with 2-5 years of experience in luxury or Indian designer retail, particularly in high-value apparel and couture sales. The role requires strong independent ownership of store operations, client relationships, and sales performance, while upholding the highest standards of brand representation.


Qualifications & Skills

1. Luxury Retail Sales & Operations

Proven experience managing luxury retail operations with a strong ability to drive revenue, close high-value sales, and consistently meet store targets.

2. Luxury & Couture Product Knowledge

Strong understanding of luxury apparel, couture processes, craftsmanship, and pricing, with the ability to communicate value confidently to discerning clients.

3. Client Relationship Management

Demonstrated expertise in engaging, servicing, and retaining high-net-worth clients through personalised, discreet, and detail-oriented service.

4. Visual Sensibility & Store Presentation

A refined aesthetic sensibility and the ability to maintain elevated visual standards aligned with brand philosophy and seasonal narratives.

5. Operational Excellence & Ownership

Ability to independently manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory oversight, reporting, client appointments, and coordination with central teams.

6. Concept Selling & Brand Storytelling

Strong communication skills to articulate design intent, craftsmanship, and lifestyle positioning, enabling a thoughtful and informed buying experience.


Roles & Responsibilities

1. Drive store sales through personalised client engagement, high-touch service, and relationship-led selling.

2. Maintain impeccable standards of luxury brand presentation and customer experience at all times.

3. Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, client scheduling, documentation, and sales reporting.

4. Build and sustain long-term relationships with UHNI and repeat clients, ensuring continuity of service and trust.

5. Execute visual merchandising in alignment with brand guidelines and seasonal direction.

6. Coordinate closely with design, production, and corporate teams to ensure seamless fulfilment and service delivery.

7. Act as the primary point of ownership for the store, ensuring calm, consistent, and polished operations.



Desired Experience

2-5 years of experience in luxury fashion retail or Indian designer stores

Strong exposure to couture sales, bespoke garments, and HNI client handling

Comfort working in a lean, high-trust, owner-led retail environment
