Job Description
Position: Store Manager
Location: Kazo-Wave Mall, Jammu
Department: Retail Operations
Reports To: Cluster Manager
Role Summary
- Responsible for overall store performance and profitability
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and brand representation
- Lead the store team to achieve sales, operations, and service excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor KPIs: ATV, UPT, Conversion %, Bill Value
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and customer engagement
- Ensure high-quality customer service at all times
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues
- Build customer loyalty and repeat business
- Conduct performance reviews and team meetings
- Maintain a productive and motivated team environment
- Oversee daily store operations and SOP adherence
- Manage cash handling, billing, and daily reconciliation
- Maintain compliance with audit and security guidelines
- Maintain attractive and organised product displays
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly business reports
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate
- 47 years of retail experience, including 2+ years in a Store Manager role
- Experience in premium/luxury retail preferred
- Willingness to work in mall/store shift timings, weekends & holidays
