Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team

Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs and targets

Ensure outstanding customer service and brand experience

Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management

Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines

Analyze sales reports and implement action plans to improve performance

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail

Strong leadership and team development skills

Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset

Excellent communication and organizational skills
