Role Description

We are hiring a Store Manager (Full-time, On-site) for our Barara Ethnic store at Felix Plaza, Sector 82A, (122012) Gurgaon. The role involves managing daily store operations, leading the sales team, driving sales performance, maintaining store standards, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities also include inventory management and retail loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Store Management
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate retail teams
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
• Background in fashion or ethnic retail preferred
