Position Store Manager

Location Goregaon, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

Complete management of Store operations

Drive team towards successful achievement of assigned Targets on Business parameters including YOY growth

Maintain Like for like (LFL) / Same store growth ahead of the prevailing market trends

Managing Team by driving / aligning personal aspirations with laid down company objectives and targets

Team briefing/grooming/training and development/retention of talent for deployment in the best interest of Company

Maintain visual merchandising standards as per the latest trends & norms of the company

Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

Operational excellence to ensure adherence to laid down SOPs

Maintaining track of stock dispatched and global count on a timely basis to avoid shrinkages

Creation of weekly staff roster to ensure proper staffing at all times

Being updated on competitors, retail partner performances and consumer trends

Timely submission of MIS and all sales reports as required by Stakeholders

Ability to handle staff grievances and control attrition

Required Candidate profile

Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline
