Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Store Manager to lead retail operations at our Indore location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, driving sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational discipline, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations, including sales, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff to deliver high performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Handle cash management, billing accuracy, and daily financial reconciliation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 36 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems.
