Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to take full ownership of our Mall of Asia store . This role is ideal for candidates with experience in footwear, ergonomic/wellness, watches, electronics, sports, or other technical retail products , who are passionate about customer experience and team leadership .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end store operations and ensure sales targets are achieved
• Drive consultative selling by explaining technical / feature-driven products to customers
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store hygiene, and customer experience
• Handle inventory management, POS operations, and daily reporting
• Coordinate with central teams for smooth product launches, promotions, and SOP compliance

Who Should Apply

• 23 years of retail experience, ideally as a Store Manager or Senior ASM
• Comfortable leading a diverse, inclusive, and inclusive team
• Experience selling feature-heavy or technical products (footwear, wellness, watches, electronics, sports)
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills (English & Hindi)
• Comfortable working in high-footfall mall environments

Education

• Graduate preferred (any stream)
