Store Manager

Role Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for overall store performance including sales achievement, team management, customer experience, and operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership, ownership mindset, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive monthly sales targets and ensure store revenue growth.
2. Manage daily store operations and maintain brand standards.
3. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for high performance.
4. Monitor conversion, ATV, and overall store productivity.
5. Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations.
6. Maintain inventory accuracy and control shrinkage.
7. Prepare daily/weekly sales and MIS reports.
8. Plan staff rosters and ensure optimal manpower utilization.
9. Ensure compliance with SOPs, audits, and cash handling processes.
10. Take ownership of store performance and achieve business goals.

Eligibility Criteria

• 36 years of retail experience
• Minimum 12 years as Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager
• Experience in apparel, footwear preferred
• Graduate (preferred)
