Role: Store Lifecycle Manager - Cult Store EBO
YOE: 3-5 years
Role Overview
The Store Lifecycle Manager ensures EBO stores maintain peak performance in
steady-state operations, consistently hitting monthly/quarterly targets, productivity and
CX targets. This role drives daily activity tracking, builds comprehensive store health
dashboards, identifies performance gaps through data, people and customer insights
and executes them into targeted interventions across operations, merchandising,
staffing and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own daily/weekly/monthly store performance tracking and reporting, ensuring
target achievement on sales, productivity and customer metrics.
Build and maintain a store health dashboard covering key KPIs, conduct weekly
deep dives and flag risks.
Conduct structured store visits, audit SOP adherence, VM execution, customer
journey and staff execution; create actionable store improvement plans.
Partner with merchandising teams to optimize assortment, pricing and
promotional execution based on store-specific sell-through and feedback.
Collaborate with HR/Training to address staffing gaps, improve staff productivity,
service quality and retention through coaching and interventions.
Drive customer-led initiatives analyze NPS feedback, mystery shop results and
CRM data to execute store-level CX improvements and loyalty programs.
Manage store P&L elements including shrink control, expense management,
local marketing ROI and inventory health (fill rate, stock cover, size breaks).
Create standardized operating rhythm daily huddles, weekly, monthly business
reviews to embed accountability and continuous improvement across stores.
Feed store learnings and best practices back to central teams to improve
assortment, SOPs, training content and tech tools.

Candidate Profile
35 years in fashion/sports/lifestyle retail/e-commerce with experience of
managing of store/e-commerce operations
Education: Bachelors degree required (Masters degree optional)
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to use data (Excel/PowerBI) to
diagnose store performance issues and drive interventions
Strong grip on retail metrics and comfort with data-driven decisions.
Hands-on store operations experience comfortable doing store walks, coaching
store teams, validating data on-ground
Excellent stakeholder management to work with Category, Merchandising, HR,
Marketing and store teams without direct authority
High ownership mindset with bias for action; thrives in fast-paced, target-driven
environments
