Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Helper located in Ludhiana. The Store Helper will support daily operations by organizing inventory, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the store, and helping with the arrangement of displays and stock. Other responsibilities include restocking shelves, ensuring products are properly tagged, and providing excellent customer service during transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and address their needs
- Experience in Retail Sales and Training to assist customers and guide them through their purchases
- Strong Organization Skills to manage inventory, maintain store operations, and ensure proper stock arrangement
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in a retail or store assistant role is a plus but not required
