A leading luxury retail brand is seeking an accomplished Store Head to lead its flagship store in Chennai. Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall store operations for a high-end luxury retail outlet
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and premium customer engagement
• Deliver personalized, world-class experiences to HNI & UHNI clientele
• Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing luxury sales team
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising aligned with global brand standards
• Manage VIP clients, private appointments, and exclusive in-store events
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, audits, inventory control, and shrinkage norms
• Track KPIs, analyze sales trends, and implement performance improvements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Luxury / Premium Retail (Fashion, Jewellery, Watches, Lifestyle, Beauty, etc.)
• Experience managing a flagship or high-revenue luxury store
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven expertise in luxury selling, clienteling, and CRM
• Fluency in Tamil is mandatory ; English proficiency required
• Passion for luxury brands and delivering exceptional customer experiences

Education

• Graduate / Postgraduate
• MBA in Sales / Marketing / Retail Management preferred
