Store Expansion & Operations Manager | Seoul Soul | Hyderabad

Seoul Soul is looking for a highly driven Store Expansion & Operations Manager to lead our next phase of growth.

This role is ideal for someone who can:

• identify and close new store locations
• coordinate with brokers, landlords, and real estate agents
• drive complete new store setup and launch execution
• coordinate internal teams and external vendors
• oversee current store operations and ensure smooth performance
• track business metrics and report insights to management

We are looking for someone with strong ownership, field execution ability, startup mindset, and speed.

Preferred experience: QSR / Retail / Food Chain Expansion / Multi-unit Operations

Location: Hyderabad

Compensation: Around 75,000 per month + incentives on successful store openings as per company policy
