Designation: Executive Store

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Job Purpose : The candidate shall be responsible for Managing store and logistic operations.

Responsible for:

1. Ensure accuracy of the facility s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
2. Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS for inward-outward & Stock, other report to top management.
3. Responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returning supplies, stock rotation with maintain of Minimum Order level and coordinating the disposal of surpluses. Oversee the handling of freight, the movement of goods.
4. Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized
5. Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
6. Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
7. Create purchase requisition and utilize purchasing card to perform low-value procurement activities
8. Supervision skill to observe material at stores and keep in well manner place at safe area
9. Basic QC Skill for Inward and out ward material for preparing the GRN
10. Report submission regarding Analysis for misplace item and weekly and monthly basis
11. Team work , Team building and Retention of team
12. Behavior, Self Development, Grooming, Planning and Organizing work
13. Need to perform any additional task given by management time to time

Requisite Skills:

1. MS office skills. i.e. MS Excel.
2. Strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
3. Analytical skills
4. Interpersonal Skills
5. People Skills
6. ERP Stores management system

Desired Skills:

1. Good Verbal & Written communication.
2. Proactive.

Relevant Experience:

Minimum 3 years from Store

Monthly Salary (CTC):

22000 - 26000

Education

UG: Any Graduate

PG: Any Postgraduate
