Knowledge of enterprise storages like IBM. Knowledge of cisco , brocade SAN switches. Good understanding of Multipathing, zoning etc. Good knowledge of RAID concepts Troubleshooting skills Documentation skills Understanding of OS concepts.

Good-to-Have Knowledge of backup software like Netback, Good knowledge of Tape library
