Experience Levels

L2 Level : 4 to 7 years of experience.
L3 Level : 7+ years of experience.

Core Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on storage arrays, firmware updates, and health checks.
Continuously monitor storage performance and capacity utilization.
Optimize storage through capacity management strategies such as data tiering and deduplication.
Recommend and implement storage expansion strategies.
