Location: Mumbai (Powai / Panvel)

Deployment Model: Onsite, MondayFriday


Job Overview

We are seeking a Storage Engineer (L1) to support and maintain enterprise storage infrastructure while ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of storage environments. The role involves monitoring storage systems, assisting in implementation activities, troubleshooting basic issues, and providing operational support aligned with organizational and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of storage technologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior engineers to manage and optimize storage solutions across the IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Role Scope:

L1 troubleshooting and diagnostics on enterprise storage systems

Basic monitoring and issue handling

Escalation to backend vendor technical team for advanced issues

No presales, architecture, or design responsibilities.

Skill Requirement:

Hands-on experience in storage technologies (Pure Storage / EMC / NetApp / Lenovo / iOmega, etc.)

Strong fundamentals in storage concepts

13 years of relevant experience

Training: Product-specific training will be provided.
