Job Description
| • Vendor coordination for break fix. • Storage OS and firmware updates. • System monitoring, Performance utilization, trends, disk. utilization & analysis using existing tools. • Automation of administrative tasks with use cases • On-call, Escalation handling and RCA • Analyze the utilization/perf/capacity etc. and recommend changes. • Maintain proper backup schedule. • Restore and recover data as requested. • Monitor the health of all backup devices. • Perform Backup and Restore activities for Windows, Unix Servers, Storage, Network. Devices and Active Directory. • Installation, upgrades and troubleshooting of Backup tool for Windows, Unix Servers, Storage, Network Devices and Active Directory. • Add / Register / Modify / Remove backup client software. • Configuration of Backups as required. • Prepare backup Report on daily basis with backup success rate. |
