Hiring: Storage & VDI Infrastructure Specialist (Dell Technologies)
Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Storage, VDI, and Server Hardware
- B.E / B.Tech Mandatory
- Budget: Up to 8 LPA
- Location -Ghaziabad ( Uttar Pradesh )
Primary Skill: Enterprise Storage (Dell Technologies)
Storage Administration (Primary Focus)
- PowerMax storage administration and health monitoring
- LUN management, SRP creation, masking views, quota management
- Storage group, host group, port group creation and management
- Snapshot creation, monitoring, and cleanup
- Performance monitoring and troubleshooting (latency, bandwidth, connectivity issues)
- ENAS volume provisioning and expansion
- NAS file system creation and management
- Tree quota and soft quota configuration and expansion
- Volume expansion for SAN and NAS environments
- Storage log analysis and root cause investigation
- Secure data deletion and compliance with security standards
Server & VDI Infrastructure
- VxRail administration and firmware lifecycle management
- Server hardware monitoring and troubleshooting (Blade Servers, Chassis, VxRail)
- iDRAC configuration, monitoring, and firmware updates
- Chassis, blade, and management server health checks
- Coordination with OEM (Dell) for hardware failures and case closure
- Support for DC migration activities and PowerMax microcode updates
- vCenter dashboard monitoring (read-only access)
