This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Stitching Trainer. The Stitching Trainer will be responsible for training employees on advanced stitching techniques, ensuring quality standards are met, guiding team members to enhance their skills, and supervising stitching operations. Additionally, the role involves overseeing processes to ensure adherence to safety and efficiency standards.

• Strong technical skills in garment stitching, fabric handling, and usage of sewing machines
• Ability to provide hands-on training, coach team members, and demonstrate stitching techniques effectively
• Knowledge of quality control standards and production processes in the garment industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and address queries or concerns
• Organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage training schedules and production timelines
• Prior experience in a similar role or in garment manufacturing is preferred
• Basic computer literacy to manage records and training materials
