| Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) | |
| Must-Have | · Should have experience in STIBO STEP systems configuration, development, deployment and support experience · Handling complex Workflows, BRs, Web UI and Integration Endpoints · Expert technical skills in software development (Java and/or JavaScript), data and database design, SQL and Unix commands · STEP’s current version knowledge strongly preferred · Good understanding of data relationships and data modeling concepts · Experience developing in the Customer, Product, Employee, and Supplier data domains |
| Good-to-Have | · Should be familiar with JIRA ticketing tool · Experience integrating data with 3rd party providers, including GDSN · Experience in API integration and JSON · Experience in MDM/PIM/DAM in Retail or e-commerce domain is preferred · Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills |
