STIBO Lead Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced STIBO PIM Lead Developer with 10+ years of expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) using the STIBO STEP platform (on-premises and SaaS) . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and integrating STEP solutions for enterprise clients across various domains. Strong knowledge in data modelling, workflow development, API integration, and data quality governance is required.

Skills and Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall experience and 5+ years of experience in STIBO STEP MDM Solutions
• Strong knowledge of MDM solutions (CMDM, SMDM, Multi-domain MDM) in STIBO STEP
• Candidate should have hands-on experience on alteast one E2E STIBO project implementation experience
• Ability to configure/develop STEP Solution components such as business rules, Workflows, Import, Exports, Web UIs, Endpoints, etc.
• Design, develop, and configure STIBO STEP platform components including data models, workflows, business rules, and user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain workflow automation using Groovy or Java scripting within STEP.
• Integrate STEP with upstream/downstream systems using REST/SOAP APIs , and manage publishing/syndication channels.
• Extensive experience in Extension APIs, Business Rules
• Experience in Stibo SaaS
• Good Technical knowledge on Core Java & XML, REST APIs, JSON
• Strong integration design experience such as STEP to SAP S / 4, third party systems etc (Inbound / Outbound Integration End points)
• Experience with Gateway Endpoints and Event Processors in STEP.
• Contribute to end-to-end MDM implementation and upgrades as required.
• Work closely with architects, data analysts, and QA teams in Agile environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in PIM / MDM or enterprise data platforms
• 5+ years of expertise with STEP configuration, XSLT, XML, REST APIs, JSON, SQL, APIs, and UI customizations.
• Proven experience delivering multiple full-lifecycle STIBO STEP implementations
• Good understanding of eCommerce, retail, distribution, or manufacturing domains.
• Strong understanding of retail product lifecycle, merchandising, and omnichannel distribution.
• Familiarity with DAM, syndication platforms, pricing, and inventory systems

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• STIBO certification(s)
• Experience with STIBO STEP SaaS and on-prem SaaS migrations
• Familiarity with cloud-based PIM solutions and SaaS environments.
• Experience with Vendor, Supplier, Customer domains is an added advantage
