• Ensure cleanliness and sanitisation of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations, back areas, and pantry.
• Assist service staff in setting up tables, polishing cutlery, and replenishing supplies.
• Support in stocking and organising inventory, linen, and consumables.
• Follow proper waste disposal procedures and maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensure all cleaning chemicals are handled safely and appropriately.
• Assist in banquet/event setups when required.
• Report any equipment malfunction or breakage to the supervisor.
• Uphold all safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.

• Prior experience as a steward/stewardess or similar role preferred (freshers can also apply).
• Knowledge of hygiene and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holiday duties.
