This is a full-time, on-site Steward role at Shilton Hospitality Pvt Ltd based in Chennai. The Steward will be responsible for ensuring excellent food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, assisting in preparing and serving meals, and supporting the waitstaff and kitchen team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries while adhering to company policies and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and address their needs.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage service and the ability to assist in maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Experience in Food Service operations and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Ability to participate in Training sessions and implement best practices in service delivery.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented approach, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
