Position: Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) Solution Head

Location: Naraina , Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate hands-on learning, innovation, and experimentation within the Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL).
• Conduct engaging training sessions on STEM/STEAM domains such as Robotics, IoT, Electronics, Artificial Intelligence, 3D Printing, AR/VR , and DIY innovation projects.
• Design, develop, and deliver grade-wise, project-based learning modules aligned with NEP 2020 guidelines and NITI Aayogs ATL framework .
• Guide students through end-to-end project developmentfrom ideation to prototyping.
• Maintain and oversee ATL infrastructure, tools, equipment, technology kits, and digital inventory to ensure seamless lab operations.
• Collaborate with school teams, educators, and mentors to foster a culture of creativity, problem-solving, and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology (B.Sc, B.Tech, B.E or equivalent).
• Strong passion for STEM education, tinkering, and innovation-driven learning.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom engagement skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for school-level learners.
• Proficiency in any of the following is an added advantage: Robotics platforms, microcontrollers (Arduino/Raspberry Pi), 3D design, coding, or AI tools.
