Location : Hyderabad
Shift : Dayshift (9:30 AM to 6:30PM)
Work Mode : Only work from office
Experience : 2+y (up to 8years)

Job Overview:
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Statutory Compliance Specialist with strong expertise in compliance under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 (CLRA). The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to statutory requirements related to contract labour engagement and manage compliance across multiple client locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. CLRA Compliance Management
- Ensure Principal Employer registration under CLRA
- Verify contractor licensing and renewals
- Monitor contractor compliance across locations
2. Statutory Documentation & Registers
- Maintain and audit statutory registers (Muster Roll, Wage Register, Overtime Register, etc.)
- Ensure proper maintenance of Forms XIII, XIV, XV and related records
- Coordinate documentation during labour inspections
3. Returns & Regulatory Filings
- File half-yearly and annual returns under CLRA
- Manage state-wise labour portal submissions
- Track and update compliance dashboards
4. Compliance Monitoring
- Attending periodic compliance audits
- Ensure timely remittance of PF, ESI, Bonus, and other statutory dues
- Validate wage disbursement as per Minimum Wages Act
5. Inspection & Audit Handling
- Liaise with Labour Department officials
- Respond to show-cause notices
- Close non-compliance observations within timelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce / Law / HR / Business Administration
- Strong working knowledge of CLRA and allied labour laws
- Experience handling multi-state compliance preferred
