Job Profile
Lead and manage statutory audit engagements in accordance with IFRS, Ind AS, and IGAAP
Supervise and mentor audit teams of varying sizes, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion
Review audit work papers, financial statements, and audit reports for accuracy and compliance
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships
Understand business risks, industry trends, and key regulatory changes, particularly in the financial services sector
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tax, Advisory, Actuarial) on integrated client engagements
Identify, evaluate, and resolve technical accounting and auditing issues
Support engagement budgeting, billing, and profitability management
Contribute to practice development initiatives, thought leadership, and quality enhancement
Manage internal risk, compliance, and independence requirements in line with company Policies
